Supportive Care seeks a Licensed Provider 1-2 days per week for a Nursing Home in Ripley, TN. You will conduct psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy, support residents, and maintain accurate documentation. Flexible scheduling between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with part-time or full-time opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an active professional license such as psychologist, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and psychosocial evaluations.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation.
