Job summary

Wonderschool is seeking Part-Time Substitute Teachers in Mequon, WI to cover preschools and daycare centers for ages 0-5. No teaching license, no lesson planning, or grading required. Flexible, part-time shifts 4–8 hours between 6 AM and 6 PM.

Earn $16–$17 per hour with daily pay up to $136 and bonus opportunities. You will support children through play and early learning activities, follow center routines, and collaborate with teachers to maintain a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for teachers in preschools and daycare centers.
• Support children ages 0-5 through play and early learning activities.
• Follow classroom routines and center-provided lesson plans.
• Lead activities such as arts & crafts, music, meals, and outdoor play.
• Partner with teachers and center staff to maintain a safe, engaging environment.
