Job summary

Wonderschool is hiring Part-Time Substitute Teachers to support preschools and daycare centers in West Bend, WI and surrounding areas. You’ll work 4–8 hour shifts, with no license required and no lesson planning responsibilities.

You’ll help children ages 0–5 through play and early learning activities, follow center routines, and collaborate with teachers to maintain a safe, engaging environment. Flexible, part-time work with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for teachers in preschools and daycare centers.
• Support children ages 0-5 through play and early learning activities.
• Follow classroom routines and lesson plans provided by the center.
• Lead activities such as arts & crafts, music, meals, and outdoor play.
• Partner with teachers and center staff to maintain a safe, engaging environment.
