This position offers flexibility in scheduling, requiring work of 4 to 6 hours a day, 3+ days a week. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring their safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records.
