Caring Transitions is hiring for a part-time moving/estate services assistant in Oceanside, CA. This role involves packing, unpacking, and moving household goods as part of helping seniors transition to a new home.

You will stage homes for estate sales and online auctions, interact with clients and families, and assist with logistics. Must be able to lift 40 pounds, have transportation, and reside within 30 miles of Oceanside.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Must have a reliable source of transportation.
• Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time.
• Access to a computer or smartphone for scheduling, time-keeping & project management apps.
• Must live within 30 miles of Oceanside, CA.

Responsabilités

• Professional packing of household goods to be moved.
• Unpacking and resettling household goods in a new home or apartment.
• Moving supplies/moving boxes to and from the warehouse.
• Staging & preparing homes for estate sales and online auctions.
• Interacting with clients, their families, and other coworkers.
• Lifting of boxes/decor and some furniture within the home.
• And much more, no 2 days are alike!
