Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - PT to join their in-house program in Illinois. This part-time role offers flexibility to fit your lifestyle while providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, create personalized care plans, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, maintain documentation to regulatory standards, and secure up-to-date physician

Qualifications

• Must have an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
