Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Hardin County, Tennessee. As a Field Inspector, you will conduct exterior occupancy verifications and manage your own routing and schedule.

This 1099 role pays a per-inspection fee with earning potential around $25-35 per hour equivalent, depending on inspection volume. You’ll need your own vehicle, smartphone, printer, and internet access, and you’ll report using mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Own reliable vehicle and fuel efficiency.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities
