Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking a Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian to serve Central New Jersey, including Edison and surrounding towns. This role lets you practice high-quality hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes, with scheduling designed for balance.

You'll join a supportive network of veterinarians, enjoy flexible 2–5 day per week options, and benefit from onboarding, mentorship, and a strong culture focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS is required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Weekend availability required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record checks after hire and before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for companion animals.
• Operate as a mobile veterinarian across Central New Jersey.
• Offer supportive, family-centered veterinary services in clients' homes.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs.
