Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to support multiple retailer locations in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will work independently onsite, updating planograms, stocking displays, and completing surveys within a predetermined territory.

The role reports to a District Manager, with flexible hours, potential to become a Road Warrior, and the opportunity to grow within a national merchandising and installation services leader.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Independent thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Smartphone technology knowledge highly preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and on a timely basis when accepting, scheduling, and reporting on store visits along with work hours, photos and travel expenses.
• Ability to effectively manage your time.
• Highly ethical in all work practices.
• Must be self-motivated and highly organized.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Implement plan-o-gram updates, stock displays or shelves, complete surveys and audits, assist in store remodels, or tag products with security materials.
• Service multiple locations and customers on a recurring basis within a predetermined territory.
• Report directly to a District Manager, while working independently onsite at retailer locations.
