Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser (Part-Time) to independently service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. This route typically averages 5 hours per week and, in some areas, 10 hours per week.

Starting pay is $15.25 per hour with travel time pay and mileage reimbursements. The role offers flexible scheduling in your local market, virtual training, and ongoing support from the district team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
