Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within Milwaukee and surrounding areas, ensuring products and displays meet client standards.

You will work independently in stores, stocking shelves, updating planograms, completing audits, and submitting reports via a mobile app. No experience required; training provided; flexible schedule with local travel; starting pay $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
