Job summary

Boomerang Transport is seeking drivers in Monroe, LA to transport injured workers to appointments using your own vehicle. You can set your own hours, with rides scheduled in advance and payment by the hour for wait time when approved.

Eligible drivers will have a valid license, be 25 or older, carry active auto insurance, and have a cell phone plan. US citizenship or resident status with a valid TIN is accepted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Valid driver's license for the vehicle type to operate.
• Active personal auto insurance policy.
• Active cell phone plan; if prepaid and not on autopay, provide proof of 6 consecutive timely payments.
• U.S. citizen or resident with a TIN (SSN, EIN, ITIN) acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Transport injured workers to appointments from your own vehicle.
• Rides scheduled in advance; choose times that work best for your schedule.
• Get paid by the hour to wait at the facility when wait time is approved.
