Qualifications

• Must be 25 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle to be operated.
• Must have active personal auto insurance.
• Must have an active cell phone plan and provide proof of timely payments if prepaid.
• Citizen or resident with a TIN (SSN, EIN or ITIN acceptable).
