Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid certification.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with people of all ages.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills; familiarity with a member management system is a plus.
• Pre-employment drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and well‑being of patrons using aquatic facilities.
• Enforce rules and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Perform chemical testing and document results for pool and hot tub regularly.
• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks such as folding towels and cleaning as needed.
