Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy services.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other behavioral health professionals to coordinate care.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and support IOP/PHP programming as services expand.
• Provide clinical supervision to associate-level therapists, if appropriately qualified and mutually agreed upon.
