As a results-oriented seller with at least 2 years in a high-performance environment, you will coach teammates, build brand loyalty, and maintain product knowledge while working a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharper business acumen with analytical thinking to Deliver positive results.
• Strong time management and prioritization, including delegation.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Pandora’s culture and product knowledge.
• Create memorable shopping moments and foster brand loyalty beyond transactions.
• Support coaching and guidance to the sales team to achieve KPIs.
• Engage and nurture loyal fans to drive recurring visits and sales.
• Provide real-time feedback to empower the team and improve performance.
