Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Deliver a world-class shopping experience, surpass sales goals, and engage fans with authentic brand storytelling.
• As Core Staff, maintain smooth store operations with a dependable, cross-trained approach across store functions.
• Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style Pandora jewellery, building brand loyalty.
• Create loyal fans by engaging beyond transactions and delivering on brand commitments.
• Uphold merchandising and operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand store operation.
• Mentor and support new team members, living the values Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver; perform all other duties as assigned.
