Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora @ Wrentham Premium Outlets. You will deliver a world-class customer experience, surpass sales goals, and actively engage fans with product knowledge to build brand loyalty.

You will be cross-trained across store functions, mentor new team members, and uphold store standards while working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; standing for extended periods; ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
• Hours up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks, not to exceed 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer experience and surpass sales goals.
• Share product knowledge and inspire fans to engage with Pandora.
• Maintain store operations and brand standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand shopping experience.
