Information Providers, Inc. is seeking a part-time Insurance Property Inspector in East Saint Louis, IL.

You will conduct on-site inspections, capture photos, and document key features for underwriting decisions, all on a flexible 1099 basis. You dispatch daily from home with no central office reporting, and work a flexible schedule such as 7 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–5 PM, or 9 AM–5 PM, traveling locally for inspections.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and web-based applications.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for inspections.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; work independently and manage your schedule; attention to detail; problem-solving.

Responsabilités
