Job summary

hce-careers is seeking a friendly, compassionate Part-Time Caregiver to support clients in the Inland Empire with in-home senior care. You will work with our team of caregivers, HHA, PCA, and CNA professionals to provide dignified personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility support, and companionship in a flexible schedule.

Set your own hours, including weekday, evening, and weekend blocks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, or similar role preferred (training available for the right heart).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or commitment to earn within 30 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety protocols.
• Clear, compassionate communicator who respects client privacy.

Responsibilities

• Personal care with dignity: assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and safe transfers.
• Healthy meals and home maintenance: prepare simple nutritious dishes; tidy living spaces and handle light laundry.
• Daily mobility and exercise: support gentle walks or therapist-approved stretches.
• Medication reminders: keep clients on schedule and note wellness changes.
• Meaningful companionship: share conversation, games, or outings to appointments and shops.
