Responsibilities include cleaning homes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and, for team leads, managing schedules and equipment. Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 6pm.
• Must speak English to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage team schedules and drive safely if team lead.
• Maintain basic cleaning equipment and vehicle if team lead.
