BrightPath LLC is seeking an Independent Home Support Specialist (IHSS) in the Burnsville area for a flexible, part-time role. The position offers $19–$23 per hour, with afternoon/evening shifts and opportunities to grow hours over time.

You will provide one-on-one support to clients with diverse needs, assist with daily living tasks, and help with activities like outdoor outings, arts and crafts, and wellness routines. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 Years or Older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Ability to Pass Background Checks.
• Experience with Disabilities is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients with diverse interests and needs.
• Assist with daily living routines and tasks.
• Support outdoor activities, creative projects, and wellness practices.
• Ensure guidance, encouragement and safety for clients.
