Job summary

Walmart in Nebraska is seeking a part-time Food and Consumables Associate to move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal displays for customers. You will join a team focused on customer service and merchandising excellence.

The role offers hourly pay between $16.00 and $29.00 with shift times between 8:00am–11:00am or 1:00pm–4:00pm, plus benefits and incentive opportunities. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Help customers find the products they are looking for
• Ensure high quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
• Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce
• Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer-ready

Responsibilities

• Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal displays
• Assist customers and provide friendly, helpful service in-store
• Maintain temperature control and check product dates as applicable
• Support deli, bakery, produce, and grocery departments as needed
