Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives in your area to support grocery store projects. You'll receive comprehensive training, with a guaranteed minimum pay plus upside based on productivity, and mileage reimbursement.

As a part-time team member, you’ll enjoy flexible schedules, 401k with match, identity theft protection, and opportunities for development. You will visit stores, collect assignments via a pricing app, and ensure timely completion while meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Complete and collect assignments for projects at partnered stores.
• Adhere to project criteria and schedules to ensure quality results.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines while on-site.
