RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives in Kansas (Bonner Springs area). This role focuses on providing on-site project support and collecting items in grocery store aisles, with guaranteed minimum pay plus upside based on productivity.

You'll receive initial training, mileage reimbursement, and flexibility to balance work with personal commitments. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation to participate in assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with company pricing app and ability to receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to project criteria.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators and freezers during some projects.
