Job summary

Boomerang Transport in Jackson, MI is seeking drivers to transport injured workers to their medical appointments in your own vehicle. Rides are scheduled in advance so you can choose times that fit your schedule, and you will be paid by the hour for wait time when approved.

Applicants must hold a valid driver's license, own a 4-door sedan/minivan/SUV under 15 years, and meet basic insurance and mobile phone requirements.

Qualifications

• A minimum age of twenty-five (25) years.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence for the type of vehicle to be operated.
• Must be current on personal auto insurance policy.
• Must have an active cell phone plan, and if prepaid and NOT on autopay then must provide proof of 6 consecutive timely payments.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien with a TIN- Taxpayer Identification Number (SSN, EIN, & ITIN are acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Transport injured workers to medical appointments from your own vehicle.
• Rides are scheduled in advance so you can choose times that work for you.
• You will be paid by the hour to wait at the facility when wait time is approved.
