Boomerang Transport is seeking drivers to transport injured workers to their appointments using your own vehicle. Rides are scheduled in advance so you can choose times that fit your calendar. You may be paid by the hour for wait time at the facility when wait time is approved.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license, a newer 4-door sedan, minivan, or SUV, and current auto insurance. Most drivers average two trips per week, with typical trip pay around $50.

• Minimum age 25 years.
• Valid driver's license issued by your state.
• Active personal auto insurance policy.
• Active cell phone plan; prepaid plans must show six timely payments.
• US citizen or resident with a TIN (SSN, EIN, ITIN acceptable).
