Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
• Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
• Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by Indera's technology policy.

Responsibilities

• A 19-year-old female in the Clay area needs a Direct Support Professional to assist her in getting out in the community and finding activities she’d like to participate in.
• The role requires patience, creativity, engagement, and willingness to travel to different locations; lifting ability is also needed.
