- Flexible part-time role with 4–20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Provide individual and group nutrition education for mood, eating, and substance use disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans.
- Monitor nutritional status and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Apply Food as Medicine to improve patients' quality of life.
