RPM Pizza in Gonzales, LA is hiring part-time Delivery Drivers to join our team. This role focuses on delivering a friendly, dependable customer experience while upholding brand standards and safety practices.

As a Delivery Driver, you will manage time effectively, handle orders, and support inventory and cleanliness. The position offers flexible scheduling, team discounts, and growth opportunities within RPM Pizza College.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided dash camera during deliveries and return equipment upon separation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
