Job summary

Bishop Clean Care is seeking part-time day custodians to assist with cleaning in medical buildings, offices, and light industrial facilities. The position runs on a contract basis with hours scheduled as the contract starts and ends, requiring availability on the scheduled days.

Compensation ranges from $10 to $14 per hour, with an average experienced custodian earning around $13 per hour. A background check and authorization to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Custodial staff provide cleaning services for medical buildings, offices, or light industrial facilities according to building specs.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming; collect trash and replace liners.
• Clean, sanitize and supply restrooms; wipe windows, mirrors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness of custodian closet and communicate with supervisor to ensure quality and service.
