As a Papa Pal, you choose visits, earn up to $22 per hour, and work when it fits your schedule. You\\'ll assist with transportation, companionship, in-home tasks, and errands while maintaining independence as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Background check required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer), with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide rides to local destinations.
• Engage in conversation, accompany individuals for walks, games, or quality time.
• Offer light non-medical in-home support with daily tasks (tidying, laundry, meal prep).
• Accompany individuals on errands, grocery runs, and similar outings.
