Job summary

Papa is hiring part-time companion caregivers in Westland, MI. As a Papa Pal, you’ll provide companionship and assistance to older adults and families. You’ll help with household tasks, run errands, provide transportation, and offer friendly company.

Earn up to $18.00 per hour with bonuses and mileage reimbursement for transportation visits, and enjoy a fully flexible schedule by selecting hourly visits (typically 2–4 hours each) through the Papa app. Set your own schedule around your life.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and motor-vehicle report.
• Valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Vehicle that is __[VEHICLE_YEAR]__ or newer.
• Smartphone access to use the Papa mobile app.
• Availability to work 2 or more hours per week.
• No prior caregiving or healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities
