Job summary

Papa, Inc. in Belton, Missouri is seeking part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to provide companionship and light assistance to older adults and families. You can work 2+ hours per week with typically 2–4 hour visits, and use the Papa app to choose opportunities and set your own schedule.

Earn up to $16 per hour with bonuses and mileage reimbursement; no healthcare experience required. Must be 21+, have a driver’s license and vehicle, smartphone access, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle from 2015 or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring.
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and assistance to clients.
• Assisting with light household tasks.
• Running errands and providing transportation as needed.
• Using the mobile app to select hourly visit opportunities (typically 2–4 hours each) and creating your own flexible schedule.
