Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking a caring, part-time caregiver to provide non-medical support to clients in their own homes in California.

You will offer companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, and remind clients to take medications when needed.

The position offers flexible schedules, competitive pay ($20.00–$25.00/hour), paid orientation and ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2 years driving experience.
• 2 years clean driving record.
• HCA (Health Care Aid) certification required for work in California.
• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
