Papa, Inc. in Mio, MI is seeking part-time companion caregivers to provide companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Earn up to $18.00/hr with bonuses through our Papa Pals program, with a flexible schedule and the ability to choose visits using our mobile app.

Ideal candidates are reliable, have a valid US driver's license, access to a smartphone and vehicle, and are 21+ with the ability to pass background checks. No healthcare experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance in your name.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
