Papa, Inc. is hiring part-time Papa Pals in Cresskill, NJ to provide companionship and light home help for older adults and families. You’ll work on a flexible schedule and earn up to $17.00 per hour, with bonuses and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with household tasks and errands.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Offer companionship and friendly conversation.
• Use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2‑4 hours each.
