Job summary

Papa Inc. is seeking flexible, part-time Papa Pals to provide non-medical companionship and support to older adults and families. Visits include transportation, companionship, light non-medical tasks, and errands.

Choose when to work and set your own schedule as an independent contractor. No professional caregiving experience required; must be 21+, valid drivers license, background check, U.S. work authorization, and access to a reliable vehicle with proper auto insurance.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid U.S. drivers license
• Must complete a background check
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer), with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements

Responsibilities

• Visits can include transportation to local destinations
• Non-medical companionship: conversation, walks, games, or quality time
• In-Home Support: light non-medical daily tasks such as tidying, laundry, meal prep
• Errands: grocery runs, store pickups, and similar outings
