Job summary

The Arc of Lagrange County in Indiana is seeking a part-time Transit Bus Driver to operate a small bus on a daily route transporting workers to and from home and work. The role includes paid training and requires a valid driver's license with a For Hire endorsement (Indiana) or Chauffeur License (Michigan).

Shifts run Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 8:45 am and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Salary offered is $16.40–$17.40 per hour, with a background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a small transit bus on daily routes.
• Transport workers (currently 9) to and from work/home.
• Follow schedule and safety procedures.
