Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a contingent therapist for 16-20 hours per week, with one day on site. Qualifications

• Masters Degree with at least 3 years experience in counseling, social work or psychology.
• Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Licensure as a professional in Michigan is required or obtainable prior to hire/date.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessments and establishes therapy treatment goals.
• Administers individual and group therapy; maintains confidential records.
• Evaluates progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Provides information regarding resources and community therapeutic activities.
• Collaborates with patient, family, physician and providers to ensure coordinated care.
