Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Hemet, CA is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.

Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering mentoring and paid training to become an RBT. We provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a clear growth pathway from BA to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Ed a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare a plus.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
