Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks part-time Alcohol Samplers to run sampling events at Sam's Club locations. You will educate customers, serve samples, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while supporting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Available to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Access to reliable transportation and a smartphone for work-related reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to obtain required alcohol service or food handling certifications as per state/local rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and execute alcohol and food sampling events.
• Engage customers and communicate product features/benefits.
• Verify customer age and ensure compliance with all alcohol regulations.
• Safely prepare and serve product samples.
• Maintain a clean, organized demonstration area.
• Build customer interest and promote featured products.
• Support sales goals and event objectives.
• Complete required reporting and follow company policies.
