Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, helping children reach their goals within a supportive clinical team.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement in the growing ABA field; RBT certification is required before working, and a six-month commitment is requested.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference in children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
