BK Behavior is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Springfield, MO team. You will provide one-to-one ABA services at clients’ homes or community locations, implementing skill-building plans and collaborating with families to support goal attainment.

We value patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor, with paid training for those starting out. Part-time positions with flexible hours are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience and compassion are essential; ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA support for children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately and maintain progress notes.
• Collaborate with families to support goals.
