Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.

We offer part-time positions with opportunities for professional advancement through partnerships with BCBA schooling programs and a robust clinical team. Most work will be conducted at client homes or community locations, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Assist in skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
