Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is expanding its psychiatry practice in Massachusetts, offering in-person or hybrid work with flexible hours and appointment lengths.

Our Care Matching model helps you build a caseload aligned with your interests while collaborating with therapists, neuropsychologists, and PMHNPs. We provide support with billing, technology, and administration, plus regular Grand Rounds, weekly consult hours, a CME stipend, and opportunities to receive training in TMS.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the ABPN.
• Massachusetts medical license (or willingness to obtain before start).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as a psychiatrist and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and PMHNPs.
• Work in-person or hybrid with flexible scheduling and caseloads.
• Handle non-clinical tasks with support from leadership and staff.

Education
