This role offers flexible scheduling, a hybrid work model with at least one day in-office, clinical autonomy, a supportive multidisciplinary team, and the chance to tailor your practice with medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care.
• Values flexibility, independence, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations.
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend.
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume.
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
