Job summary

Quiktrak, Inc. is seeking Field Audit & Inventory Inspectors on a 1099 contract basis. The role involves traveling to various locations to perform field audits, capture photos, collect data, and upload inspection information using a smartphone or tablet.

Most inspections involve vehicles and equipment, with some property-related tasks. As an independent contractor, you can set flexible hours and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1099 independent contractor status (be your own boss).
• Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections.
• Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned locations to perform field audits and inspections.
• Capture photos and collect data on-site during inspections.
• Upload inspection information using an Android or iOS device.
• Perform floorplan audits, inventory verification, and property condition assessments.
