Qualifications

• Must hold current NYS OT license and registration.
• Valid BLS certification.
• EMR software competency.
• Authorized to work in US in a Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for COTAs to follow under your supervision.
• Provide high-quality OT services to SNF residents with conditions such as TBI, CVA, stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, cancer, orthopedic procedures.
• Monitor and document patient progress using EMR software and standard documentation.
