Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - PT to join their in-house therapy program in Staunton, Illinois. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
